A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 8, 2016, at around 22:50, the Defendant: (a) reported that the fronts, etc. of the victim D, which was located on the third floor in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, and that there was no person, and went into the victim’s residence through the open gate in order to find stolen objects; (b) went into the victim’s residence; (c) went into the house through the open gate in order to find stolen objects; and (d) went into the house through the warehouse, the Defendant did not come into the door of the crime prevention window, which is located on the third floor according to the stairs, and went into the house through the window, and did not go through the wind to the victim’s house when intending to move into the house of the victim through the window.
