1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 221,753,100 and KRW 100,000 among them, from March 3, 2017 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(2) Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act (in the case of a judgment of confession), the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
