Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 14, 2016, Defendant A: (a) around 17:00, at the Defendant’s residence located in C 203, the Defendant destroyed the victim’s property by gathering gallon 2 cellular phones on the floor, which was the victim’s property, while having been in dispute with the victim B due to economic problems; and (b) gallon ju, which was the victim’s property in an ined situation, destroyed the amount of repair costs.

2. Defendant B

A. In the date, time, at the place specified in the above paragraph 1, the Defendant damaged the victim’s property by gathering 5 mobile phones from the victim A, who was located on the floor of the Defendant’s cell phone located on the floor and gathering gallon ju, the victim A, who was located on the floor. The Defendant collected gallon 5 mobile phones from the bottom of the floor, and destroying the victim’s property by shouldering the back of the repair cost.

B. On September 2, 2016, at around 00:10 on September 2, 2016, the Defendant suffered injury, i.e., one time to sustain the victim due to the defect that the victim intends to get home, and the victim, knee, knee, knee, knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee kne kne kne kne kne kne kne kn on the part of the victim.
