Punishment of the crime

On July 21, 2016, at around 11:35, the Defendant committed assault against the victim, on the ground that the victim C (n, 58 years of age) was placed in order to throw away knife in front of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-ro, 66-4 subletlet, as waste for separate collection and removal, and that the victim's objection was against the victim, on the ground that the victim's objection was against the victim, such as “a knife a knife”, “a knife a knife, a knife a knife a knife, chest, etc.”
