A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months and a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. At night, the Defendant: (a) closed the door of “DPC room” operated by the injured party B in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, which had been used by the Defendant at night; and (b) was anticipated to be neglected management. On December 14, 2015, the Defendant: (c) opened a corrected back door to the “DPC room” around 23:58; (d) invaded the inside of the PC room; and (e) cut off with three computers and four monitors at approximately KRW 1,300,000,000 in total of the market price owned by the injured party; and (e) cut off the front part of the computer at around 1,30,000,000 won in total; and (e) cut off the front part of the PC room.

2. On December 14, 2015, the Defendant driving from around 23:49 to around 00:35, December 15, 2015, the head of Si/Gun/Gu in violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) from the head of Si/Gun/Gu, driving from the head of Si/Gun/Gu 11-2 to the front of the “DPC room” as set forth in paragraphs 1 to the head of Si/Gun/Gu 140-2 road from the head of Si/Gun/Gu 140, to the front of the “DPC room” as set forth in paragraph 1.5.
