The defendant shall pay 100,000,000 won to the plaintiff (appointed parties) and the appointed parties for each of them from January 31, 2020 to July 20, 2020.

1. Basic facts

A. On November 21, 2007, C agreed to pay KRW 100 million each to the Plaintiff, etc., and on June 21, 2019, the Plaintiff, etc., as the claim amount of KRW 100 million each of the above agreed amount of KRW 100 million against C as the claim amount of KRW 2019Kadan555, the Suwon District Court, Suwon District Court, on June 21, 2019, upon receipt of a decision on provisional seizure of claim amounting to KRW 300 million each of the claim amount of KRW 100 million against C’s Defendant for compensation for losses (hereinafter “decision on provisional seizure of this case”). On June 26, 2019, the provisional seizure order of this case was served on the Defendant,

B. The Plaintiff et al. filed a lawsuit against the Plaintiff et al. against the Plaintiff et al. seeking the payment of the said agreed amount under the Suwon District Court Pyeongtaek-si 2019Gahap502. On November 13, 2019, the said court rendered a judgment that “C shall pay to the Plaintiff et al. the amount of KRW 100 million per annum 12% per annum from July 4, 2019 to the date of full payment,” and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 3, 2020.

C. After the judgment of the court below, the plaintiff et al. transferred the provisional seizure of KRW 300 million to the provisional seizure on January 10, 2020 as the debtor C and the third debtor as the defendant and the third debtor under the agreement amount of KRW 318,641,094 (the sum of the principal amount claimed by each creditor and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from July 4, 2019 to January 8, 2020), and the provisional seizure of KRW 18,641,094 was issued to the defendant and the collection order (the sum of the principal amount claimed by each creditor and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from July 4, 2019 to January 8, 2020). The provisional seizure of KRW 300 million against the defendant by the provisional seizure order of this case was issued to the defendant as the debtor and the collection order of this case (hereinafter "the collection order of this case").

On June 26, 2019, the defendant received the provisional attachment decision of this case on June 26, 2019, and then at least 17:00 c, and the Act on Acquisition of and Compensation for Land, etc. for Public Works Projects (hereinafter referred to as the "Land Compensation Act").
