A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 06:55 on August 11, 2019, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol by 06:078%, driven a DNA cruise car on the road of about 20 kilometers in the direction of about 87 kilometers from the front of a restaurant in the vicinity of the C Broadcasting Station located in Seoyang-gu, U.S., U.S., U.S. to the front of the 87 kilometers away from the front of the G Broadcasting Station located in Seoyang-si, U.S., U.S., Seocheon-si, Seoul.
2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a D-cruise vehicle.
On August 11, 2019, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.078% of blood alcohol concentration on August 11, 2019, proceeded at a speed of 06:55, where the roads that are four-lanes in front of 87 kilometers in front of the 87-lane in the west-dong Seoul Metropolitan Area, Seocheon-si, those located at a speed of 3-lane from the Western JC room to the front intersection.
