1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 31,550,053 as well as KRW 29,90,000 among them, from July 10, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the plaintiff agreed on March 10, 2015 to pay 29,90,000 won to the defendant for the loan period of 48 months, interest rate of 17.9% per annum, interest rate of 29% per annum, and interest rate of 876,751 won per annum. The defendant violated the above repayment obligation and lost the benefit of July 9, 2015. The defendant violated the above repayment obligation and lost the interest rate of 29,90,000 won and interest rate of 1,650,053 as of the time. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff the interest and interest rate of 31,550,053 won (29,000,650,053 won) and damages for delay calculated as of July 29, 2015.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
