1. The Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff KRW 235,00,000 and Defendant B from January 6, 2014 to November 30, 2017.

1. The Plaintiff, as a collateral, lent KRW 235,00,000 to the Defendants, and received a promissory note, the payment date of which is no later than January 5, 2014.

However, the Defendants did not repay the loans to the Plaintiff. As to the Plaintiff’s 235,00,000 won and its 235% interest per annum from January 6, 2014 to the delivery date of the copy of the complaint of this case, the following day of the above payment date, and 15% interest per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment.
