A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who was employed as a director from August 20, 2008 to December 31, 2008 as the vice president from E and F Co., Ltd., practically operated by D, an intermediary in financial order, who was trying to acquire capital without capital through a corporate bonds company, and was employed as a director from August 20 to December 31, 2008.
1. The Defendant: (a) made an offer with D and H to suggest the payment of capital of the said company by borrowing capital increase for the said company; and (b) making an application for registration of alteration of the commercial register of the said company by withdrawing the money immediately after the payment of the capital for the said company was made by temporarily appropriating the capital of the said company for which the use of items is prohibited; and (c) making an application for registration of alteration of the said
D In collusion with D on February 13, 2008, the Defendant deposited 620,000,000 won as the share payment of F Co., Ltd. in collusion with D at the Dong branch of the National Bank of Korea in Busan Metropolitan City on the year-dong on February 13, 2008 by borrowing 620,000,000 won from the name-free bond business operator, and then issued a certificate of deposit of the share payment from the above bank on February 14, 2008, and then filed an application for registration of alteration attached with the above certificate of deposit of the share payment to the Busan District Court in Busan Metropolitan City on the Dong-dong District Court in Busan Metropolitan City on February 14, 2008, and filed an application for registration of alteration of the shares payment to which the above certificate of deposit payment was issued on the basis of the total number, types, and number of shares issued in each column of the original notarial deed, and made it stated on 323,720,000 won from the total amount of the capital to 1,688000.
