Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates the Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “Creing practice hall” on the first floor of the building underground.

No singing practice room business operator shall sell or provide alcoholic beverages.

Nevertheless, at around 21:40 on March 13, 2017, the Defendant sold 5 cans to customers D (5 Does) in the instant singing practice place at around 20,000 won.
