1. The Defendant’s KRW 10,015,156 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of 5% from March 10, 2016 to January 13, 2017, and the following.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is an insurance company with the objective of insurance business and the FP sector among the business sector is an insurance solicitor (FP, Fincial Pumer, hereinafter "FP or designer"), intermediate-side insurance solicitor (SM, Sales Mager, hereinafter "SM or executive designer"), business family-type branch office (hereinafter "PBM,") and branch office (hereinafter "PBM or business family-type branch office"), and all of them are insurance solicitors.

B. On January 1, 2011, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a contract to commission the designer and the head of a branch office (hereinafter “instant commission contract”) and the specific details are as follows.

Article 3 (Application of Established Rules, Standards, etc.) The head of a business branch shall be subject to the "General Operation Standards for the Heads of Private Business Branches", the "PBM Operation Standards", the "Guidelines for Operating Branch Heads", the "Standards for Payment of Maximum Fees", the "Guidelines for Operating PP Pools", the "Guidelines for Operating PP Pools", the "Guidelines for Guarantee Management Guidelines", and the Guidelines for Operating Guarantee Insurance".

Article 4 (Term of Contract) The term of contract for commission between a company and the head of a business branch shall be first determined in the special agreement of the head of the business branch and shall be one year from the date of appointment if the term of contract is not specified.

Article 11 (Standards for Maintenance of Minimum Qualifications under Commission Agreements) A company may establish standards for the continuation of commission contracts (hereinafter referred to as "minimum standards for maintenance of qualifications"), and such standards shall be specified in attached documents or special agreements.

Article 13 (Termination of Contract) The head of a branch office of a project may terminate this contract at any time, and the Company may terminate this contract where the head of the branch office of the project falls under any of the following:
