A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

On June 5, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties by the Daegu District Court on June 5, 2012 and sentenced to two years of suspension on June 13, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 13, 2012, and the same

1. Interference with business;

A. On February 7, 2012, from around 10:38 to 11:00, the Defendant left the “Ecafeteria” of the victim’s operation of the Daegu Northern-gu (Seoul-gu) with the larger cooking. The Defendant prevented the victim from selling his/her food, and obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by putting the victim under the influence of 1 to 3:0 of his/her own food and drink, and 1:0 of his/her own food and drink from around 7:0 to around 20:1:0 of his/her own food and drink from around 20:3:0 on February 7, 2012 to around 20:1:3:0 of his/her own food and drink, and thereby preventing the Defendant from selling his/her food and beverage to 2:1:3:0 of his/her own food and drink, thereby hindering the Defendant from having his/her own food and beverage operation.”
