1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On September 25, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into the instant panty hosting agreement with the Defendant A (hereinafter “Defendant A”) and the Defendant DM20 (hereinafter “Defendant DM”) on the condition that on September 25, 2012, the Plaintiff would hold the Category B (B; hereinafter “B”) panty hosting event twice in 2013 (hereinafter “the instant panty hosting agreement”), and paid the Defendant the down payment of KRW 430,000,000.

The main contents of the panty hosting agreement of this case are as follows.

The Plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as “A”) and the Defendant A (hereinafter referred to as “B”), and the Defendant DM (hereinafter referred to as “A”) enter into the following contracts with each other in relation to the panty panching conference in Korea-Spanearo, subject to mutual trust and mutual agreement:

Article 2 (Subject Matter of Contracts) The outlines of "panty pande" as the subject matter of this Agreement are as follows:

6 Terms and Conditions

A. “B” shall provide “A” with the entire pandeless seat.

C. “A soldier” establishes a panty detailed program and a variety of events plan.

The term "A" may manufacture and sell slots for panty-oriented participants.

Provided, That the rights and responsibilities for the production and sale of speculative goods shall be borne by “A”, and “A” shall not transfer the right to sales to a third party, unless there is prior consent of “B”.

(e) “A” means the twitter, wales, wales, Facebook, Korean official homepage, and Japanese official homepage, for various public relations activities necessary for the solicitation of participants in the pandeping of “A”.
