Punishment of the crime

around 11:00 on October 30, 2013, the Defendant, at the E film museum located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, had a sense of identification against the victim F (the 19 years old), who came to know while she was working in the E film museum located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. On October 30, 2013, the Defendant called “H” main point of “H” located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, where the victim was sent a telephone to the victim who returned home and tried to drink together with the victim, and called “the head was so unfased only if the head was so unfased.” The Defendant took the victim to the “J” hotel in Jongno-gu, Seoul.

On October 31, 2013, from around 01:26 to around 04:55 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim himself from the hotel at the above hotel on a bed; (b) laid off the victim’s body; (c) prevented the victim from resisting the victim’s body with both arms and body; and (d) attempted to put the victim’s body into the part of the victim’s body; (c) however, the Defendant attempted to put the sexual flag into the part of the victim’s body, but (d) failed to put the sex into the part of the victim’s sound resistance, the Defendant would not put the victim into the part of the victim’s body as soon as the victim gets off.

The term "in order to prevent the inserting of sex" has caused the victim to enter as soon as possible.

After that, the Defendant, on his hand, laid the victim on the bed by putting the victim on the bed, putting the victim on the bed, putting the bucks of the victim on a double hand, takes the victim's bucks on the bridge, and putting the victim's bucks on the bridge, saying, "h.h. for the same two years, I.h. for the two years," and "on the part of the victim, h.h.
