Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on March 27, 2012, by receiving a fine of KRW 1 million due to a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking), and a fine of KRW 3 million from the same court on March 9, 2016, respectively.

Nevertheless, on July 9, 2018, without obtaining a bicycle license for a motor device, the Defendant driven approximately 124 cm from the above 206, to the front day of the Dongdong-dong, Busan, under the influence of alcohol leveling to 0.185 % of alcohol level during blood, and operated approximately 1 km from the above 206, to the above 3rd day in the same Gu B.
