Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, each of the above two years against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, on June 21, 2005, has been married with D on June 21, 2005 and was married with D on August 11, 2007; Defendant A, at around 21:00, cross-sectioned with B one time with Fmoto 201 in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul;

2. Defendant B knew that he was a spouse, and had a sexual intercourse with A at the time and place described in the preceding paragraph.
