1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 943,31,428 and the amount of KRW 407,293,304 from April 15, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for claims and the changed grounds for claims shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(Provided, That Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Service by Public Notice) shall apply to the Plaintiff, and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” (hereinafter “Defendant”).
