1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 198,508,628 and the amount in attached Form 1 (attached Form 1) in the form of "official fee" in the prize amount list.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a company established on January 31, 201 for the purpose of manufacturing, selling, etc. Kim Jong-un.

F. The Plaintiff was dismissed from the representative director of the Defendant Company on April 23, 2018, and was dismissed from the inside director of the Defendant Company on May 15, 2018.
