Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 19, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and on September 23, 2009, the Busan District Court issued a summary order of KRW 1,00,000 to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on September 23, 2009. On June 1, 2017, the Defendant driven a D golf car under the influence of alcohol concentration of KRW 0.154% in front of the blood alcohol level on the roads located in Busan Southern-gu B around June 1, 201.
