The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 300,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from September 10, 2014 to February 11, 2020 and the next day.

According to the respective descriptions of Gap's evidence Nos. 1 through 8 (the defendant alleged that there was no evidence No. 1 (the evidence No. 1), but the authenticity of the above loan may be acknowledged according to the witness D's testimony and the whole purport of the pleadings, the plaintiff may recognize the fact that the plaintiff lent KRW 300,000,000 to the defendant on August 9, 2014 after the due date set as September 9, 2014.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 30 million won and damages for delay calculated at each rate of 5% per annum as stipulated by the Civil Act from September 10, 2014 to February 11, 2020, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case from September 10, 2014, and 12% per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition by admitting the plaintiff's claim on the ground that it is reasonable.
