A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

8 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On February 13, 2009, the Defendant sentenced 8 months to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Jung-gu District Court on February 13, 2009, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on September 10, 2009.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Around 03:00 on August 11, 2012, the Defendant received and accepted 0.1g of psychotropic drugs from D’s rocketing car parked at D’s parking lot in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoul, at around August 11, 2012.

2. Around 04:00 on August 11, 2012, the Defendant, who administered phiphonephones, put approximately 0.1g of phiphones delivered under paragraph (1), into a single-use injection machine, and injected them into arms after dilution, at around 04:0 on August 11, 2012.

3. Around 15:00 on August 18, 2012, the Defendant received and delivered 0.1g of philopon from a D’s car parked on the road front of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government FF Bank, without compensation, around August 18, 2012.

4. Around 16:00 on August 18, 2012, the Defendant administered a philophone in E-mail or toilet in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and around 0.1g of philophones delivered under the foregoing paragraph (3) into a single-use injection machine, and injected them into arms after dilution.

5. On August 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received a request from D to “scoponing the copon; (b) purchased approximately 50 g of the copon from G staying in China; and (c) thought D with the copon cycle.

Accordingly, on August 11, 2012, the Defendant remitted KRW 7.8 million from D to G’s deposit account managed by G as the price for the purchase and sale of phiphones. G starts from China’s single round with approximately KRW 215.64g of philopon, including approximately 50g of philopon, to be delivered to I, from China’s H around August 12, 2012.
