All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. With respect to the accused case, the applicant has failed to submit the grounds for objection;

2. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment in light of the evidence duly admitted by the lower court, the lower court’s determination that the Defendant and the person under medical treatment and custody (hereinafter “Defendant”) need to receive medical treatment in the medical treatment and custody facility and also recognized the risk of recidivism is justifiable, and the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the necessity of medical treatment and custody or the risk of recidivism.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
