Punishment of the crime

On May 16, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of 0.106% of blood alcohol concentration at around 22:35, the Defendant driven a car by approximately 800 meters in front of the restaurant at the king Dolsan-dong parking lot located in the Gyeongsan-si, Simsan-si.
