A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 10, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 700,000,000 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on April 10, 200, but around 16:00 on August 13, 2020, the Defendant driven D Ssp motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.082% in blood alcohol level from the 16:00 on August 13, 202 to the neighboring C.
