A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, in collusion with B, C, D, E, F, G, etc. to operate gambling sites by designing and producing gambling sites “L (M, etc.),” “N (P (S, etc.),” and “R (S, etc.)” which imitated the operation method of H and I’s official online website at the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation, which was designated as the seller of sports promotion voting rights at the city of the Philippines. B is a 10% share of the gambling site’s revenues, and C is a 10% share of the gambling site’s design, design, operation, etc.; C is a 10% share of the gambling site’s revenues; C is a share of around 10% of the share of the gambling site’s revenues; the role of delivering earnings to the large account business operators and domestic accomplices; EF is a role of producing and managing the gambling site; and EF is a role of providing counseling services to the Defendant and its members; and e.g., collecting the Ga games’s sports and management;

Violation of the National Sports Promotion Act (L, etc.), and the Defendant establishing a gambling space: (a) made D’s introduction, which is the general manager of the gambling site office in the Republic of Korea; (b) decided that the said “L,” “N,” “P,” and “R,” which is operated by the head of the agency in charge of the gambling site office in the Republic of Korea; (c) pursuant to the above public offering, the Defendant had members of the above gambling site deposited the said gambling site in the Republic of Korea with D, etc. from September 2017 to September 2019; and (d) made D, etc. deposit the said gambling site in U.T account in the name of the Republic of Korea; (d) W bank account in the name of X; (e) H bank account in the name of the Republic of Korea; (e) W bank account in the name of the Republic of Korea; (e) 30,39,403,207, Jul. 7, 2019; and (e) deposited the money in Korea and overseas.
