Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall provide property or property benefits to a person who has correctly predicted the result of sports promotion by issuing voting rights or a similar things to the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation or a person who is not an entrusted business entity, and gambling using such prohibition.

On October 10, 2013, the Defendant deposited KRW 1.50,00 in the accounts managed by the said wrap by accessing C Apartment-gu, U.S. with a private sports gambling site “D (E)” and “F (G)” using his mobile phone, and deposited KRW 1.50,00 won in the accounts managed by the said wrap using a private wrap-gu, U.S., U.S.’s mobile phone, and displayed it on the wrap-gu, U.S. sports games provided at the said site, such as domestic and foreign axiss, campings, and farming implements through the prohibition of Article 26(1) of the National Sports Promotion Act.

In addition, from October 10, 2013 to February 6, 2016, the Defendant deposited a total of KRW 298,790,000 in an account managed in the said wrap over a total of 668 times, as shown in the list of crimes, and collected KRW 298,561,000 from the said wrap, thereby gambling by using a prohibited act under Article 26(1) of the National Sports Promotion Act.
