1. Defendant B shall pay to Defendant C each share of 74.88/673.9 of the real estate listed in attached Tables 1 and 2.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Defendant C sold No. 102 of the instant building to Defendant D on June 15, 1992, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on July 14, 1992.
