피고인은 2015. 4. 22. 16:04 경 충주시 B에 있는, C 마트 1 층에 서 루 이빕 똥 말 레 띠에 가 대한민국 특허청에 지갑 등을 지정상품으로 상표 등록을 한 ‘LUIS VUITTON' 상표( 상품 등록번호 : 제 0059471호) 와 유사한 상표가 임의로 표시된 지갑 10점을 판매할 목적으로 소지하여 위 상표권자의 상표권을 침해하였다.
