1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties is a corporation established for the purpose of multi-level marketing business of functional health foods, etc., and the Plaintiff registered and worked as the Defendant’s multi-level marketing salesperson on July 26, 2014. The Plaintiff promoted to the class of Damond class among the Defendant’s internal class system.

The Plaintiff was paid KRW 8.5 million monthly from January 2016 to June 2017 by the Defendant as a salesperson operating the Defendant’s office in Ulsan area, and was paid KRW 550,000 per month as an allowance.

B. 1) The Defendant, from May 2017, held the first Ethics Committee, was informed of the Plaintiff’s subordinate multi-stage salesmen, and interviewed with the Plaintiff that the Plaintiff was closely related to the Plaintiff’s business with the Defendant’s multi-stage multi-stage salesmen, and that the Plaintiff was in a personal relationship with the lower-class salesmen, and that there was no other company’s business proposal. Accordingly, on June 20, 2017, the Defendant decided to hold an Ethics Committee to additionally investigate whether the Plaintiff proposed another company’s business with the lower-class salesmen, and to additionally investigate whether the Plaintiff proposed other company’s business with the Plaintiff. 2) On June 26, 2017, the Defendant, holding the second Ethics Committee, ordered the Plaintiff to compromise between the Plaintiff and the lower-class multi-stage salesmen, but failed to act as a salesman, and the Plaintiff and the lower-class salesman were to be held to conclude the settlement ethics committee’s issue by holding a warning on July 25, 2017.

On the other hand, after the first Ethics Committee, the defendant confirmed that C proposed another company's business after the first Ethics Committee, and recommended C to withdraw, and C to withdraw.
