Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, he shall be 100.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car in the B SP area.

1. On July 2, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driven the above vehicle at around 01:00, and led the C third-distance intersection from the right side of the mountain to the right side at the time of show.
