Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a C-A-Wed XD car.

On December 20, 2013, the Defendant driven the above car at around 11:00, and made the front road of 249-7, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon to turn to the left at about 10km per hour from the new-dong jurisdiction to the jurisdiction of the Incheon Women's Hospital.
