1. The Defendant’s KRW 40,000,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 20% per annum from July 10, 2015 to September 30, 2015.
Reasons
1. On July 30, 2008, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant with respect to 10 Dong 301, Yangyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Seoul, and paid KRW 40,000,000. The Plaintiff’s notification of termination of the lease agreement to return the lease deposit on the ground that the lease agreement was terminated.
2. The provisions concerning statutory interest rate under Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc., amended to the effect that the statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is changed to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015.
3. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
