A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated 25B-NBOe and marijuana as follows.

1. On May 24, 2019, the Defendant imported psychotropic drugs 25B-NBOM around May 24, 2019, connected to D, using a computer, in the Defendant’s residence located in Seongbuk-gu B and C, that is, the sales site of narcotics, which is operated by one-day “multi-weet Web” using the computer, and then ordered psychotropic drugs to purchase 25B-NBM 1, which is psychotropic drugs, to be delivered to the Defendant’s residence, and deposited 15,512 bitcos as the bitco account notified by the seller in the name of the Defendant in return for the purchase price.

In this regard, the above person who was named in the name of the Netherlands sent out one of the above 25B-NBOM-E, which was ordered by the defendant, to the back of the Netherlands, and sent the said international letter to the address of the defendant after he/she arrived at the Incheon State's delivery port on May 28, 2019, at around 14:18:8, the Netherlands 855, respectively.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported 25B-NBOM, a psychotropic drug, into the Republic of Korea, in collusion with a person who is not aware of the name.

2. On May 2019, the Defendant: (a) purchased approximately 0.7ggg of marijuana from his/her name in a Buddhist club located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; (b) around that time, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.7g of marijuana from his/her name in his/her name, and 100,000,000 won; and (c) stored approximately 0.7g of marijuana purchased in the vicinity of the said club, and smoked it in a way of smoking by attaching the fluor.7g of marijuana; and (d) added the fluor.

3. On June 2019, the Defendant: (a) purchased approximately 0.7gg of marijuana from his name-free persons in a Buddhist club located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; (b) around that time, around that time, he stored approximately 0.7g of marijuana in the vicinity of the said club by filling it into a tobacco bag at the market price; and (c) smoked in a way of smoking with a fire attached thereto.

4. A defendant who smokes marijuana on July 3, 2019:
