Punishment of the crime

1. In order to commit the instant phishing fraud, the said “C” served as the “book solicitation and delivery for the delivery of a check to the cash withdrawal books by placing the said “C” in place.

On January 29, 2018, at around 16:40, the Defendant received the boxes containing D’s post office accounts (E) and one head of each physical card connected to the bank account (F) before the apartment house in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul, and then took the above physical card under the supervision of the influencies in the Jeju apartment located in 202, Seocheon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

On January 30, 2018, a non-nameless employee assumes a false statement that he/she can make a refund loan to the victim G at the interest rate of 7.5% per annum by telephone while misrepresenting the victim G with an employee of the National Bank, and received KRW 4,685,00 from the victim to the post office account (E) in the name of D around 14:56 on the same day.
