A Imprisonment with prison labor for six months and fines for 1,000,000 won, and Defendant B shall be punished by fines for 500,000 won, respectively.

The Defendants are the defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. A. On February 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on the street in front of the “F Schlage” located in the former Northwest-gun E on the street; (b) on the ground that the Defendant expressed her desire from the victim B (62 aged) to the outside of the victim; and (c) committed assault by the victim’s breath and booming a bat.

B. Around February 25, 2017: (a) around 17:30 on February 25, 2017, the Defendant stated that, as described in paragraph (a), the victim was in vision with the victim, and that, (b) the Defendant was using a knife, which is a lethal weapon (the knife length: 21.5cm, the total length: 3.5cm) in the Defendant’s residence located in the same Gun G, and said that the Defendant stated that “the victim must die,” and that “the knife the knife shall die.”

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim with a deadly weapon.

In order that the victim did not take the knife knife to knife the defendant's hand in order to do so, the defendant injured by negligence caused the part of the victim's left face to be knifeed with knife knife knife for about two weeks, at the time, and at the place mentioned in the above Bn if, in order to do so, the victim did not take the knife.

2. On February 25, 2017, Defendant B: (a) 17:00, on the street in front of the “F Schlage” located in the former Northwest-gun E; and (b) she saw the victim A (65 years of age) the Defendant’s appearance to the outside of the family; and (c) she flicked and boomed the victim’s flat.
