Punishment of the crime

On October 18, 2017, around 14:13, the Defendant assaulted the victim, such as franchising b (65) of the cab on the ground that the Defendant did not pay the taxi cost, and the victim B (65) who was a taxi driver of the cab on board the Defendant, was moving into the cab’s public security center in the above cab on the ground that the Defendant did not pay the taxi cost. In the process of refusing to do so and making ditches, the Defendant assaulted the victim.
