The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal also led to borrow money from the victim by deceiving M, and had the intent to issue a promissory note in the name of the defendant's mother or to pay money to the guarantor at the time of the above loan. In light of the circumstances where the actual repayment of damage was made thereafter, the defendant did not intend to deceive the victim or to take money by deceiving the victim as stated in the judgment of the court below.
