A is the business owner operating the so-called “officetel” commercial sex acts, and Defendant BF CD is a person who serves as the management office of the above commercial sex acts business establishment.

From June 1, 2018 to June 18, 2019, the Defendant received KRW 1.60,000 to KRW 20,000 per hour from the name-free customers (at least five persons per day, a maximum of 25 persons per day) who reported and contacted the above advertisement, and he/she got them to engage in commercial sex acts and commercial sex acts, such as Y (Suspension of Prosecution), in one of the above officetels.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with the above BF CDE to arrange sexual traffic.

B. The defendant is in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.

During the period specified in the above paragraph, the above B, etc. heads of the offices are female pictures selected on the seven bulletin boards of the Z, “Z”, “U”, “V”, “AB”, “AC”, and “AD” site for arranging sexual traffic.
