Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] On August 30, 2013, the Defendant and the respondent for an attachment order (hereinafter “Defendant”) were sentenced to a fine of KRW 10,000,000 for the crime of violating the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 20, 2013.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On December 2, 201, from around 06:30 to around 07:00, the Defendant found that the victim C (here 14 years old) was locked while getting on a subway from the Changdong Station in Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the Yang-si Station in Yang-si, Seoul, and committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who is a child or juvenile, in a state of difficulty to resisting because the victim was locked by inserting his/her finger inside the clothes of the victim who was seated and locked.
2.
