1. The defendant shall deliver each real estate and each facility listed in the separate sheet No. 1 to the plaintiffs.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On February 21, 2017, the Plaintiffs entered into a sales contract with the Defendant to sell real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant real estate”) at KRW 1,525,00,000 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) and agreed to pay the down payment of KRW 100,000 on the date of the contract, and the remainder KRW 1,425,000,000 on February 28, 2017.
B. On February 28, 2017, the remaining payment date of the Defendant’s outstanding payment date, the Plaintiffs prepared documents necessary for the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer of the instant real estate, including a certificate of personal seal impression for sale, and were employed by the Defendant. However, the Defendant did not go to the place where the promise was undertaken on the ground that the remaining payment
C. On March 27, 2017, which was after the month of the first remainder payment, the Plaintiffs sent to the Defendant a letter verifying the content that the instant sales contract would be cancelled and the down payment would be confiscated if the Plaintiffs failed to pay the remainder by March 31, 2017, which was after the month of the first remainder payment, and reached the Defendant around that time. (2) Accordingly, on March 30, 2017, the Defendant requested the Plaintiffs to postpone the payment date of the remainder to April 20, 2017, and on April 4, 2017 upon acceptance of the said request, the Plaintiffs sent to the Defendant a letter verifying the content that the instant sales contract would be rescinded and the down payment would be confiscated without any separate peremptory notice, which reached the Defendant around that time.
Around July 20, 2017, the Defendant had failed to pay any balance on April 20, 2017, which is the extended payment date. Upon the Defendant’s request, the Plaintiffs drafted an agreement with the Defendant on July 20, 2017 to extend the due date for the remainder payment that includes the following:
(A) Evidence No. 3, hereinafter referred to as the “instant agreement”) 1. With respect to the instant real estate, February 21, 2017 for the purchase price of KRW 1,525,00,000, and the remainder date, until February 28, 2017.
