A principal lawsuit and counterclaim shall also be deemed a principal lawsuit and counterclaim.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On April 26, 2005, Defendant B and Defendant C concluded a real estate sales contract to purchase real estate in the attached Form No. 348,480,000 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) owned by the deceased I between the deceased I for the purpose of carrying out a housing construction project at the Busan Southern-gu H Day (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).
