A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the Metropha (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine as follows.

1. On March 23, 2016, the Defendant provided E with 0.2g opphones free of charge from “Del” located in Pyeongtaek-si C at around 22:00.

2. Around March 24, 2016, the Defendant administered opon medication in a way that 0.08g opon on the copon to a coffee at the copon.

3. On March 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was placed in a vehicle parked in the parking lot near Pyeongtaek-si F on March 25, 2016, by dividing approximately 1.18g of Handphone into two vinyls and storing them in a household room.
