Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to install wastewater discharge facilities shall obtain permission from the Minister of Environment or file a report thereon with the Minister of Environment.

Nevertheless, from March 2012 to May 2012, the Defendant installed and operated a slaughter operation facility, such as a sloping machine, which is a wastewater discharge facility, without permission, from the unknown shot-dong located in Yongsan-si B.
