1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, KRW 8,772,809 against the Plaintiff and its related costs from February 25, 2012 to August 17, 2018.

1. Basic facts

A. In relation to the parties, the Plaintiff entered into a fire insurance contract (1) with B on January 30, 207, the Plaintiff entered into a fire insurance contract (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with the period from January 30 to January 30, 2012, with the building located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju (hereinafter “instant building”) as the subject-matter of insurance, and with the loss of compensation as the damage caused by a fire, with the insurable value of KRW 120 million as the insurable value, with the insurance period from January 30, 2007 to January 30, 2012 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

(2) From May 25, 2010 to May 25, 2010, the Defendant entered into a contract with the following terms: (a) 101 of the instant building (hereinafter “the instant leased household”); (b) from May 27, 2010 to May 27, 201, the lease deposit was set at KRW 1 million; and (c) the monthly rent was set at KRW 200,000,000; and (d) thereafter, the lease contract with respect to the instant leased household was automatically renewed.

B. On December 17, 201, at around 02:50 on December 17, 201, a fire occurred in the kitchen of the leased household in the instant case, such as the kitchen in which the kitchen and the kitchen of the leased household in the instant case were destroyed (hereinafter “instant fire”).

C. As a result of fire identification, the assessment results and identification results of the National Scientific Investigative Institute, Gwangju North Korean Fire Ledger, and Gwangju North Korean Police Station are as follows:
