Criminal facts
The facts leading up to the occurrence of the attachment order [criminal facts] The defendant and the person subject to the request for the attachment order (hereinafter referred to as the "defendants") together with the victim C (the age of 42) and D (the victim D (the age of 42) want to exclude himself/herself. On June 4, 2013, the above victims and E (the age of 38) were drinking together with the victim.
The Defendant, together with the victims, purchased an industrial knife (26 cm in total length, 10 cm in knife) at the convenience store in order to kill the victims who did not receive any telephone because the victims left a mixed with the victims after drinking.
1.
