The defendant is a person who drives a passenger car in B at a horse.

On December 09, 2015, without obtaining a driver's license of a motor vehicle around 06:00, the motor vehicle was driven at a section of approximately 500 meters from the front side of the bus stops at the Jung-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government and the front side of the 886 front road.
