A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 8, 2017, the Defendant taken pictures against his/her will, around August 22:35, 2017, from the third female toilets of the Heung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government DD Building on the ground that the Defendant laid the Defendant’s mobile phone in front of, and using the photographic function of the aforementioned mobile phone, taken the Defendant’s cell phone in front of, the victim E (a name, brea, 26 years of age) and the body of another person, who might cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, by photographing the image of the aforementioned mobile phone, and using the photographic function of the aforementioned mobile phone, taken the victim E (a person’s cell, brea, 26 years of age).

2. A quasi-voluntary indecent act Defendant: (a) around August 15, 2017, around 06:15, and around 06:15, the victim was under the influence of “G” located in “G” located in “Y” located in Heung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) subsequently, the victim’s panty panty was placed in the victim’s back to the victim who was suffering from the victim by taking advantage of the victim’s non-spanty situation; and (c) committed an indecent act by making the victim’s drinking.

3. On August 15, 2017, Defendant 1 violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (use and photographing, such as a camera, etc.) took photographs against his will by inserting his hand the victim’s panty, and inserting his cell phone into the victim’s cell phone, by taking the victim’s panty, conspiracy, and negative part into the victim’s cell phone’s body by taking the victim’s panty, conspiracy, and negative part into the victim’s body, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, at the time and place indicated in paragraph 2 at the same time and place.
