A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 24, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for five years by the Cheongju District Court for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection, etc. of Victims, and completed the execution of the sentence on August 26, 2012.

1. Injury;

A. A. On January 7, 2015, the Defendant conspiredd with the victim D (V, 32 years of age) and the Defendant from June 2014 to June 2015.

From January 2015 to June 2015, the Defendant, including this, threatened the said victim on 12 occasions, such as a list of crimes (1) in attached Form 1.

3. On May 25, 2015, the Defendant, who suffered special injury to the victim D, is driving a car with the meatty, which is a dangerous object, in the H restaurant near the H restaurant located in the G of the Gangwon-do Crossing-gun, Gangwon-do around KRW 18:00.
