A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 26, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in an Ansan Branch of the Suwon District Court on September 26, 2008, and on February 22, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of eight months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in Ansan Branch of the Suwon District Court on February 22, 2013.

On August 19, 2015, at around 15:35, the Defendant driven Bi30 automobiles under the influence of alcohol leveling of about 0.091% in blood alcohol level from around 300 meters from the 300-meter radius to the road in front of the Han River Station in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the Han River Complex 460, Ansan-si, the Han River Complex.

As a result, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, driven a motor vehicle, etc. at least twice, and was under the influence of alcohol.
